Terms of Service
1. Who you are dealing with
These services are operated by Bruce Gao, an individual based in Chicago, Illinois, USA. There is no company behind them — one person builds and runs all of it. Throughout this document “we” and “us” mean Bruce Gao, and “you” means the person using the services. You can reach a human at bruceligao@gmail.com.
2. What these terms cover
These terms apply to all of the following, together the “Services”:
- AIHealthTeam — AI wellness team across five dimensions of health. Premium: $19.99/month.
- AIFinanceTeam — AI team for personal finances. Premium: $19.99/month.
- JournalAI — AI journal with recall. Premium: $19.99/month.
- JuntoAI — a council of AI advisors on Franklin's virtues. Premium: $19.99/month.
- Trade Atlas — world trade atlas with an AI guide. Premium: $20/month.
- RecruiterAI — two-sided AI recruiting. Premium: $19.99/month.
- MatchmakerAI — AI matchmaking. Premium: $19.99/month.
Each app is billed separately. Subscribing to one does not unlock the others.
3. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to hold a paid subscription. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Some apps let you try things anonymously as a guest; guest sessions are temporary and their content may be discarded.
4. Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation
Read this section carefully — it is the part that costs money.
- Premium plans are monthly recurring subscriptions at the price listed in section 2, charged to your card through Stripe.
- They renew automatically every month until you cancel. Each renewal charges the card on file.
- You can cancel at any time, from the billing portal linked inside the app. Cancelling stops all future charges.
- When you cancel, your Premium access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate or refund partial months by default.
- If you believe you were charged in error, email us and we will look at it and refund where it is fair to do so.
- We may change prices. If we do, we will tell you before the change affects your renewal, and you can cancel instead of accepting it.
Trade Atlas offers a 24-hour trial that requires no card. It expires on its own and never converts into a paid subscription unless you choose to subscribe.
5. What these Services are not
Everything here is informational and for general wellness or organisational purposes only. Specifically:
- AIHealthTeam is not medical advice and is not a doctor, a diagnosis, or a treatment plan. It is a wellness-tracking tool. For anything medical, talk to a qualified clinician. If you may be having a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.
- AIFinanceTeam and Trade Atlas are not financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Nothing they produce is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. We are not a licensed financial adviser or broker.
- RecruiterAI and MatchmakerAI do not guarantee a job, a hire, a match, or any particular outcome.
6. AI-generated output
The Services are built on large language models. Their output is generated, not retrieved from an authoritative source, and it can be wrong, incomplete, or confidently mistaken. Check anything that matters before you rely on it. You are responsible for decisions you make based on what an AI tells you here.
7. Your content
What you write, record and upload stays yours. You grant us only the permission we need to actually run the product for you: to store it, process it, send it to the AI providers listed in our Privacy Policy so they can generate a response, and show it back to you. We do not sell your content, and we do not publish it.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use the Services to:
- break the law, or harm, harass, or impersonate anyone;
- upload someone else’s personal, medical or financial information without their permission;
- attack, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the limits of the Services or the systems they run on;
- resell or redistribute the Services without our written agreement.
9. Availability and changes
These are small, independently run products. They may be unavailable, change, or be discontinued. We will give reasonable notice before discontinuing a paid service and will not keep charging you for something we have shut down. We may suspend or close an account that breaks section 8.
10. Disclaimers and limits
The Services are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded — and some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to you only as far as the law permits.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top changes when we do. If a change materially reduces your rights, we will make a reasonable effort to tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Services after that means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules.
