Privacy Policy
The short version: we collect what the apps need to work, we send your content to AI providers so they can answer you, we do not sell it to anyone, and you can ask us to delete all of it by emailing bruceligao@gmail.com.
1. Who is responsible
Bruce Gao, an individual in Chicago, Illinois, USA, is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: bruceligao@gmail.com.
2. What we collect
- Account data — your email address, and the sign-in method you used (Google, emailed magic link, or an anonymous guest session).
- The content you put in — this is the heart of it and it differs by app: journal entries, health check-ins and wellness metrics, personal financial information you enter or import, notes to an AI council, recruiting and profile details. Some apps store an AI-generated summary or long-term “memory” derived from this so the assistant can recall context later.
- Voice recordings, where you use a voice feature, along with their transcripts.
- Usage data — pages viewed, features used, approximate device and browser information, and error diagnostics.
- Subscription status — whether you are on a free, trial or premium tier, and the identifiers Stripe gives us for your customer and subscription.
We never see or store your card details. Payment card information goes directly to Stripe, which is PCI-compliant. We only receive the result — that a subscription is active, and a token that identifies it.
3. Sensitive information
AIHealthTeam handles health and wellness information, and AIFinanceTeam handles personal financial information. We treat both as sensitive. Please note that we are not a HIPAA-covered entity and these apps are not clinical systems — do not use them to store clinical records. Only enter what you are comfortable having stored on our infrastructure and processed by the AI providers listed below.
4. Why we use it
- To provide the product you signed up for and generate AI responses.
- To remember context between sessions, where the app offers that.
- To take payment and manage your subscription.
- To fix bugs, keep the service reliable, and prevent abuse.
- To understand which features get used, in aggregate.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
5. AI processing
When you interact with any of these apps, the relevant content is sent to our AI providers so a model can generate a response. Under the commercial API terms we use, these providers do not use your content to train their models. They process it to return a result, subject to their own limited retention for abuse monitoring.
6. Who else processes your data
We use these service providers, and only for the purposes shown:
- Anthropic — runs the Claude models behind every AI response.
- Google (Gemini API) — speech-to-text, text-to-speech and text embeddings.
- Supabase — database, authentication and file storage.
- Vercel — web hosting and content delivery.
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
- Amplitude — product analytics.
7. Where it lives, and how it is protected
Data is stored on infrastructure located in the United States. Traffic is encrypted in transit. The database enforces row-level security so one account cannot read another’s rows, and privileged operations run only on the server. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. How long we keep it
We keep your content for as long as your account exists, because the apps are built to remember. Guest and trial content is transient and may be discarded at any time. When you ask us to delete your account, we remove your content and your account record. Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require, and backups age out on their own cycle.
9. Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, export it, or delete it. If you are in the EU, UK, California or another place with specific privacy rights, those rights apply and we will honour them — including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. Email bruceligao@gmail.com and we will action it. There is no charge, and no dark pattern in the way.
10. Children
These Services are not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
11. Cookies and local storage
We use cookies and browser storage for the things that make an app work — keeping you signed in, remembering your session and preferences — and for the product analytics named above. We do not run advertising trackers.
12. Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be signalled in the product before they take effect.
